Ingredients:
36 Oreo cookies (1 standard 14.3 oz package)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate, for coating

Instructions:
Step 1: Add the Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish, if desired.

Step 2: Add softened cream cheese and pulse until fully combined and smooth.

Step 3: Scoop the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 20–30 minutes.

Step 4: Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Step 5: Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess drip off. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.

Step 6: If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.

Step 7: Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes or until set.

Storage Information:
Store Oreo truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge before serving.
