
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
Step 2: Spread mayonnaise or aioli on one side of each bread slice. On the other side, spread butter for grilling.
Step 3: Layer turkey, cheese, pickles, and lettuce between the bread slices (mayonnaise side facing inward).
Step 4: Place the sandwich on the grill or press, buttered side down. Press and grill for 3–5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Step 5: Slice in half and serve hot with your favorite chips, salad, or soup.
Storage Information:
Best enjoyed fresh off the grill, but you can store leftovers wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Reheat in a skillet or toaster oven for best texture—avoid microwaving to keep the bread crispy.
