Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Step 3: Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.

Step 4: Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crisp.

Step 5: Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

Storage Information:

Store leftover sweet potato fries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat and re-crisp, place them back in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. Avoid microwaving to preserve crispiness.
