Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (132°C) for 2–3 minutes if required by your model.

Step 2: Place the eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Step 3: Air fry at 270°F for 15–17 minutes, depending on your desired doneness (15 minutes for slightly softer yolks, 17 minutes for fully set).

Step 4: Immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let sit for 5–10 minutes to stop cooking and make peeling easier.

Step 5: Peel, season with salt and pepper if desired, and enjoy or store for later.

Storage Information

Store unpeeled hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Peeled eggs should be eaten within 3–5 days and kept in an airtight container.
